What is a technology-enhanced learning environment?

Class Business:
1. Our 2 main projects this semester are the group digital media presentation and the technology-enhanced learning environment project. We will discuss the TELE project in class today and the digital media presentation on Tuesday.

2. Please complete the class/work schedule handout so that I may use it to develop our guest speaker / field trip calendar for the semester. I would like to be able to schedule trips on dates that the maximum number of 5500 students can attends.

So what is a technology-enhanced learning environment? Is there an actual definition? Do a search on Wikipedia.
How can we add to this "vast" body of knowledge that exists? What would a class definition look like? Work with a partner to develop a concise definition of a TELE. Use ISTE, LoTi, and other resources to develop your definition. Use poster paper to write your definition to share with the class.

Now that we've developed a class definition and added it to Wikipedia - we need several examples of TELEs. Use the Apple Learning Interchange and the Edutopia site to find a minimum of 3 examples of TELEs for your interest area. Add these 3 links to our Wikipedia definition with a short annotation on why each example is a match for our definition. This is due before next Tuesday's class.
